The three-month scope was comprehensive: structural repairs, a new electrical service, lighting, HVAC, custom millwork, security upgrades, and interior finishes. What made this project unique was doing it all inside an occupied building, with active commercial tenants directly above and below. Careful sequencing, noise and dust control, and constant communication kept neighboring businesses operating without disruption while the design vision came to life on schedule.
